A second generation real estate professional, Gayle grew up in the real estate business.
She began her career in Central Florida helping people buy their first homes, which is still gratifying. Her business grew as she listed homes to sell, sold land, new homes and got her broker license. In the mid 80’s, Gayle began working for other brokers and learned valuable information and tools to last her a lifetime. One of the things was how important it is to be on a team.
As the first woman appointed to the Lake County Board of Adjustment, she heard and reviewed requests for land use variances. Together with the four other members she helped determine the use of the land. This new responsibility created a need to understand the bigger picture when working with any land issue and a team.
Serving as Chairperson of the Professional Standards Committee for her local association, the message of how valuable good communication skills can help in real estate transactions was re-enforced. Also a valuable team skill.
Property management was next in her career building. In 1996, Gayle obtained her Arizona Real Estate Broker license. She began working in the multi family industry as a manager. In this capacity she learned the essential parts of maintaining communities. Again she worked with a team to keep the property looking sharp and staying occupied.
